How can I pay?
If purchasing online, we accept Visa and Master Card.  If purchasing at the hotel (Chateau Lacombe Hotel), we accept cash, Visa, Master Card and American Express

Is it transferable?
Membership is non-transferable

Is the membership refundable?
Membership is not refundable
   
4.
I lost my membership card. Can I obtain a new one?
Yes, if your card is lost or stolen we can re-issue you a new card without extra charge. Please contact our Administrator at 780.420.8366 or info@club24.ca

I am a member, do I have to present my card to receive member privileges?
Yes, member must present the membership card to enjoy the benefits.

How do I join?
You can register directly online (click here) or the Chateau Lacombe Hotel Front Desk.

How long does it takes to receive my card?
Your card will be mailed to you within 2 business days upon registration approval
   
8.
Can I pick up the card at the hotel?
Yes, if it is convenient for you (upon registration approval) our Administrator can arrange a pick up at our Front Desk
   
9.
I am a member, can I book a meeting or function for my company?
Yes.  Member must be in attendance and reconcile final invoice

How do I activate the card?
Your membership will be activated immediately upon registration approval
   
11.
Can I use the 10% room discount for hotel packages?
The room discount can only be applied for room only booking
   
12.
Can I purchase the membership as a gift?
Yes you can.  The membership must be registered to the gift recipient
   
13.
Up to how many people can I use my discount when dining?
You can enjoy your dining discount of up to 8 people per seating
