Terms & Conditions

"CLUB24" refers to Club24 Membership Program which is a fee based program managed by the Chateau Lacombe Hotel.

"Member" means a member of the CLUB24.

"Card" refers to CLUB24 Membership magnetic stripe card provided to members of CLUB24.

"Eligible charges" are the charges incurred on the member room account on eligible rates, room charges, food & beverages (at restaurants, room service and mini-bars), telecommunication, laundry, business centre services and purchases at participating CLUB24 member hotels.

"Ineligible rates" are defined as: (1) Pre-paid rooms where booking is made by a travel agent or a third party and payment is made by the member guest to the third party such as a travel agent, a tour operator and any other booking channels including but not limited to Expedia.com, Travelocity.com, Hotels.com, Priceline.com, Kayak.com, Orbitz.com, Kayak.com, Trivago.com, Travelguru.com and any other similar travel websites (2) Room rates for airline staff and crew where rooms are pre-booked and paid for by the airline or directly (3) Room rates that are part of a master bill or are paid at tour operator rates, wholesaler or contracted travel agent rates or travel-industry staff rates (4) Employee rates or any complimentary rooms.

"Service Partners" refers to all of the partners that offer services, benefits, points, redemptions or any facilities and arrangements to the members of CLUB24.
"Participating CLUB24 member hotels" refer to the approved partner Hotels or restaurants listed as offering related benefits for applicable services.

"CLUB24 Member Services" is the dedicated service centre for member queries related to CLUB24 Membership Program only.

The terms and conditions given below are intended to protect your rights as a member of CLUB24 Membership Program. Should you require any clarifications you can contact the CLUB24 Member Services. Please note however that Management has the right to change the terms and conditions including the termination of the CLUB24 Membership Program at any time without prior notice.


Terms & Conditions of CLUB24 are governed by Alberta laws.

Membership and benefits of CLUB24 offered at the sole discretion of the Chateau Lacombe Hotel Edmonton.

Membership to the CLUB24 is void if prohibited by law in the country of the member's residence.

Some restrictions may apply at participating CLUB24 Hotels.

CLUB24 is applicable only at approved partner Hotels or restaurants listed as offering related benefits for applicable services.

Enrollment and Membership

Dining discount can be applied up to a maximum of 8 people per seating in La Ronde Restaurant, Bellamy's Lounge and Cafe Lacombe.  Does not apply to In-Room Dining.

Room discount can be applied to room booking only, and is subject to availability.
Does not apply to specials/promotions, packages or negotiated rates.

Meeting or function discount can be applied up to a maximum of $2,000 per event. 
Member must be in attendance and reconcile final invoice.  Discount applies to new bookings only.

As a CLUB24 member, member agrees (or give consent) to periodically receive email notifications/promotions from CLUB24 (Chateau Lacombe Hotel).

Membership is open to all individuals who are aged 18 years and above.

Only individuals may become members of CLUB24 (defined as individuals who have been accepted as members by CLUB24). Corporations, associations or groups cannot enroll into CLUB24.

Employees of CLUB24, its affiliates or subsidiaries and the employees of owners of participating hotels (collectively 'employees') are not eligible to participate in the CLUB24 program.

Rooms occupied as office space, will not be eligible for concessions. Business centre services used for the purpose of business meetings by guests will not be eligible for concessions. Only when guests staying at hotels use the business centre, will receive the associated concessions.

Members cannot maintain membership in, or earn concessions on multiple accounts.
Enrollment onto CLUB24 must be in the individual's full legal name, and proof of identification will need to be provided on request.

Any change of information as provided in the CLUB24 enrolment form must be notified to the CLUB24 Member Services in writing other than changes made directly by the member on-line.

The membership card of CLUB24 is only valid for the period indicated on it.

All communication will be mailed to the mailing address (postal or email) given in the enrolment form and it is the responsibility of the member to inform CLUB24 Member Services about any change in his/her address. All communication, including made directly by the member on-line, will be deemed to have been received by the member and CLUB24 bears no responsibility for communication not received or lost in the mail or courier.

CLUB24 has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as the CLUB24 decides to terminate the program, at any time, with or without notice to the members. Accumulation of benefits will cease immediately on termination of the program. However, members will be given ninety days (90 days), from the date the program termination is announced, to redeem applicable benefits.

CLUB24 reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, conditions, privileges, benefits, reward or reward levels pertaining to the program at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the benefit already accumulated. Eg. CLUB24 may increase or decrease the value required for a benefit, or limit the number of participating member hotels or service partners for a particular benefit.

Membership to the CLUB24 entitles members for applicable benefits in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the program.

The CLUB24 reserves the right to grant or refuse membership at its discretion.

The CLUB24 reserves the right to discontinue membership to any member who appears to be using the program in a manner inconsistent with the terms and conditions, or intent of the program, or any portion of the program, including, but not limited to, benefit redemption. The CLUB24 also reserves the right to discontinue membership for any member who acts in a manner inconsistent with local or state laws, statutes or ordinances. Discontinued membership may result in the loss of all accumulated benefits.

Applicable CLUB24 benefits issued have no monetary value and cannot be bartered or sold by members for cash at any point of time.

All interpretations of the Terms and Conditions and program rules shall be at the sole discretion of the CLUB24.

Each member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the program rules and the benefits therein. CLUB24 Member Services will send correspondence to active members to advise them of matters of interest, including notification of program changes and Updates. However, neither CLUB24, its subsidiaries, affiliates or associates or program management service providers nor the owners of participating CLUB24 Hotels or restaurants or companies participating as service partners in the program will be liable for any failure to do so and will not be responsible for correspondence lost or delayed in the correspondence.

Specific program benefits and privileges have been established for all CLUB24 members. However benefits and privileges offered by participating CLUB24 hotels may vary. If CLUB24 or any partner improperly denies a member an accrual, benefit or reward, the CLUB24 will not be liable to make any payment to the member or compensate him/her in anyway.

The CLUB24 is not responsible, and assumes no liability, for changes or discontinuance of services provided by a service partner, that may affect the program being offered.

Nothing in the CLUB24 program is intended, or shall be construed to create or establish any agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between the CLUB24 and the partners.

Lost/misplaced membership cards will be replaced without extra charge.

Members wishing to cancel membership after 30 days of sign-up and renewal, will forfeit the entire membership fee.

Privacy Statement

The information that is collected on Club24.ca is never shared with or sold to any third party. It is solely for the purpose of obtaining e-commerce services for our customers.

Club24 may use the information obtained for the purpose of contacting our customers and providing our services to them as per membership agreement.
